Wayne began his restaurant career at age 15 when he took a job at Dockside Seafood in Forest City.  He later graduated with a  BS in Degree in Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University in Charleston S.C. 

He then went to work at Wades Restaurant in Spartanburg, S.C., further developing his skills and knowledge. He then took the leap and opened up his own venture, Rollins Cafeteria in 2005.
